Bok choy is the star ingredient in this this Asian noodle salad, which also includes green onions, Ramen noodles and wasabi peas for a sweet and spicy flavor sensation.
This is one of my favorite bok choy recipes. The wasabi peas really make this salad "pop." You can buy wasabi peas at Trader Joe's. You can also leave them out.
Serve this bok choy salad with flank steak and mashed potatoes.

- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed (save seasoning packet for another use)
