Named for its red and green colors, this recipe is the ideal side dish for Christmas.
This is a great raspberry salad recipe, thanks to the crunch and sweetness of the glazed walnuts.
Be sure to use fresh raspberries in this recipe. Frozen raspberries will get too mushy when thawed.
Even though this is one of my favorite Christmas recipes (because it just looks so good on the table), it's also great in the summer and fall when fresh raspberries are plentiful.
Look for glazed walnuts in the produce section of your supermarket.
