Some Brussels Sprouts recipes can be bitter. Not this one. Brussels sprouts are roasted with maple syrup and bacon for a sweet and salty taste that's sure to please.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat a 1-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Halve Brussels sprouts lengthwise. Cook bacon in a skillet. Drain on paper towels. Crumble and set aside. Toss Brussels sprouts with bacon drippings and maple syrup. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss with bacon. Roast another 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
Serves 8.
